Ah for the good old days when you went and saw the chef or matron or whoever for a job. No faffing around filling out a multitude of papers or sitting aptitude tests just to satisfy that HR Dept.

Yup. Or an interview panel of people with direct involvement in the profession in one way or another. That one still happens.

I was once primary interviewer for my own replacement as those upstairs felt that I knew more about the job than they did.

Be positive. The fact that you've been asked to return on Monday suggests that you're entering the final cull. A good sign.

The last time our Bazza did this thread, he mentioned something about the Irish, and guess what happened next? An irish lass no less.

And then. POP..., yep, then, his thread exactly like this one disappered.

Not till you come back regularly, you old chook you...

You come back and I will hand in my resignation. Gobsmacked yet?

Shaen, you come back regular and I will ask the Mods to remove my access.

Honest to goodness.

bazza, its not a trick question asking you what you'd expect to be paid for a years work. Commonly asked at job interviews these days.

Maybe so/even so/despite it most likely being so, (I am not quibbling): they don't like that thing about the Irish being mentioned on here

On Baz's post, the post disappeared quite fast I think, this one is still alive and flipping... days after post.

I tried Google search, but hat particular post he mentioned a sleigh about the Irish HR girl, has gone.

BUT, if you do go there, and have a look see, the first 2 to 3 pages, has BazzaAustralia all over it.

He is much well known! FAMOUS!

More so that me.
