Sai gon is modern and crowed, Ha noi is ancient and antique.Ha noi is better for visiting and discovering

Ha Noi is a gem, no doubt about that. So much to see and do. My favourite city of the ones I have visited in SE Asia.HCMC has a lot to offer too, but it is more of a modern city.
This is a win-win situation. But of the two I would pick Ha Noi

Actually, today is a beautiful cloudless and surprisingly warm day here in the metropolis. And the golds of autumn are quite magnificent.

i have heard its quite cool in Hanoi
It's 30°C (86°F) in Hanoi at the moment. To me, that's "cool" only in the sense it's "neat-o" to be nice and warm in November.
but its a fantastic place to visit!
