City Tour during Seoul layover

City Tour during Seoul layover
I have an 11 hour layover in Seoul this December. I would like to get out a do a city tour. Are there any arranged tours you can take from the airport? Do you need to book it in advance or can you just show up? And is it worth it to do it through a tour or should I just catch a bus into town for a bit?Any and all tips appreciated.
