Activities, from which side of Vic Falls?

Hi guys,

In january I will be visiting Vic Falls before leaving with an overland trip. Luckily I have enough time to spend a few days at both the Zambian and the Zimbabwe side. About this my questions:

Are there activities which are significantly better or better value for money on one of these sides (for example a helicopter flight)? Which side generally has the best price levels (will be the cheapest)?

Thanks answering,

Harry

You'll find prices pretty standardised as they are quotes in dollars in any case. Until quite recently, there was more on offer the Zambian side but I've heard that, with improvements in Zim's political and economic situation, several activities business have re-located to the Zim side.

If costs more to get into the Falls the Zim side but the views are different - some would say better.

Yes, view from both. Zim side better IMO. I recall prices were cheaper for rafting etc from the Zambia side.

Victoria Falls is full of adventure, fun & excitement. There are numerous sporting activities which will meet your budget. Zambian side is well developed, organized than Zimbabwe but if you compare generally there isn't big difference now a days. I've found very interesting information for things to do at Victoria falls, you can visit this blog & you will love getting all the insights Victoria Falls activities and things to do .

You can't get full out of your trip until you visit both sides, don't miss Bungee jump & don't go for media reports as they have now improved a lot.

Wish you pleasant stay & enjoy your journey,
thanks.

So we can infer from this that the Bungee Jump was unsafe at all times before the 'improvement', can we Zimbabwe Airlines?
