Hi all we will be applying for a multi entry visa by post from "The consulate general of the Arab republic of Egypt " in London UK and we are uk passport holders . Anybody know of any problems or have advise . Thanks in advance .2
Yes, but that is not a multi-entry visa and the OP is apparently leaving Egypt and returning so either needs a multi-entry or needs to secure a second visa when he returns.I secured my visa from the embassy in the US so I can't help, but it was a simple process here. I sent my passport, photos and money and had my passport with visa attached back within a week.

Try to get your multi-entry visa at your embassy because they only issue one month visa at the border (Cairo, Sharm or Taba). Otherwise when you get here you'll have to go to the Passport Office in Cairo or El Tur which is a total pain in the bum!Good luck
