Information regarding the east coast after Sandy

Hi There: We will be going to Cuba in January. Landing in Holguin and plan starting our visit in Gibara. We will be in Cuba for about 7 weeks. Any information regarding the situation there after Sandy I would find most interesting. We would like to help as much as possible. A helping hand, work project, or delivering whatever is useful.
