I am not aware that Senegal gave visas at the airport. I think you will have to get it before you arrive. Or, you could fly into Gambia (almost sure you can get on arrival there) and then apply for a visa to Senegal there. Or fly through a Euro country that has a Senegal embassy. The only reason I know this is that I work with a Kiwi in Senegal and he had to have his visa before coming.
