PNR Philippines National Railways train derailed in Quezon Province shortly after midnight on Friday October 26th 2012.
Heavy rains soften the trails enbankment (tropical storm Ofel). Foundation of the bridge collapsed.
Train was carrying 128 passengers. Six (?) people suffered minor injuries an two others showing trauma. No dead.
It happened in barangay Ilaw, Sariaya, Quezon Province.
The location of the accident is located between Manila and Lucena city (very close to Lucena city).

Currently all PNR trains to Bicol are suspended indefinetly!

We can (just) hope that they will repair the damage as soon as possible.
Previous esperience was that is taking loooong time.

Shame, hope they do sort that out sooner rather than later. At least there weren't any fatalities.
