I wouldn't worry about that, the main highway to the nordeste, the BR101 goes thru Estancia, it means their will very likely be a stop at the Estancia rodoviaria especially on a relatively short distance trip like Feira to Aracaju.

Anyway even if it had no planned stop you can ask the driver to let you out when crossing the city, you just need to get your luggage with you.

That also implies that you can basically get inside any bus that will run along the BR101 and get off in Estancia. Or even take a ride to the junction with the BR101 a few kms away from Feira and then hop in the first bus going up north And there's literally hundreds of them going that road everyday.

Buses on that route stop in Estancia but the bus terminal is on the outskirts of town, you'll want a cab or a lift into town. Pleasant little town Estancia, pity you aren't there for the festas juninas, it's the highpoint of their calendar.
