Taipei - Smoking in hotel rooms

I believe that the law has recently (a couple of months or a couple of years, I'm not sure which) changed in Taiwan - all hotels are non-smoking. It looks like you'll have to go outside for a fag.2
Find a room with a balcony- which is what I do!Its very nice sitting out on the balcony with a beer and a smoke!
