When you say ""French long visa"" what do you mean? Is it a shengen visa or permanent residency in France. Either way, if you have any of those, yes, you can enter into Greece from Turkey.

Hi p11poojar!

Welcome to TT!

I don't know if I'll be able to help you but I think you should provide some more info if you want to get accurate answers. What type of visa do you have? i.e.: What do you mean by long term? a visa for studies? a Residence permit?...

Be aware a long term visa alows you to stay long term in the country that issued it but there could be restrictions to travel to other countries that are part of the Schengen Area. For example, an American with a Working Holiday Visa issued by a country member of the Schengen area is allowed to stay long term in that country but the 90 days in each 180 calendar days period limit still apply to him/her when traveling to other countries members of the Schengen Area (as it would made if s/he didn't have the WHV for that country member of the Schengen Area). I don't know what are the rules for nationals of countries than need a visa to enter in the Schengen Area for tourist purposes but there could be restrictions too... so if you want to get more accurate info, you should also specify your nationality, the passport that you hold and if you have traveled previously within the Schengen Area (and for how long).

In Istanbul; Upstairs (behind the washing pool in the main hall)
in Hagia Sophia,
is one of my favorite spots in the world.

As I told you, I don't know what are the rules for nationals of countries that need a visa to enter in the Schengen Area as tourists (India is among those countries). From what I read in this web of the MFA of France, it seems you should be OK but I can't tell you for sure.
