the anal types in LUL managementAs a native Dutch speaker, I find this a very, err, interesting phrase. I wonder what I should make of this.

In English were refer to a narrow minded, jobs worths with no sense of humour as anal.A few years back the woman who did all the train announcements did a spoof announcement along the same lines as these signs. LUL management did not see the joke and fired her. LUL are very quick to paper over their own cracks and can't bear any sort of criticism.
