Visa to India
I've posted about this before:Does anyone know how I can easily apply for an Indian tourist visa while in China? I want to try to send my passport to an agency or something. I am closer to Beijing but I am willing to send it to Hong Kong and Shanghai.

I don't really want to have to wait a week for an Indian visa.
Does anyone have recommendations?
Also, does have any recommendations on which would be cheaper a month in India or a month in Southeast Asia (including plane ticket from northeast China)?
