Hanoi to Bangkok

I have spent sometime travelling from Bangkok and on my way to Hanoi, stopping at some great places however I need to get back to Bangkok to catch my flight to Oz and wondered if anyone has any ideas - some have suggested flying but cant seem to find anything less than about $140. As I have spent more than I thought already (as usual) I need it be fairly cheap. Thanks for any advice

found a flight with Qatar for 106 US today on ebookers. And it's for 12 days from now, so seems pretty reasonable. don't know if that helps.
