Cheapest
Hi, as I coming from Brazil to Morocoo in early December, and it does not have direct flights from here to there, I need to go to Europe. Which city should I aim for to get the cheapest flight to Morocco (preferably Fez, but anywhere). I can easily go to Lisbon, Frankfurt, Madrid, London, Paris or Rome (as distance sometimes is not directly proportional to price, maybe London or Frankfurt, works better). Thanks!

It depends where in Brazil you are, if you want a single ticket or are you fine too with two separate tickets, if you want to avoid low cost airlines or are fine with them and your specific travel dates among other facts. Some tips:
The airport of Fez has few flights. Low cost Easyjet out of Paris would probably be your best bet (not daily though). If you don't want to fly with a low cost airline, Royal Air Maroc will probably be your only option. They fly from Paris to Fez but be aware they fly out of Orly airport and, if you take a direct flight from Brazil to Paris, you'll arrive to Charles de Gaulle airport so you would need to change airports in Brazil. Easyjet flies out of Charles de Gaulle though.
If you don't bother to fly to other airport, you can take a look at the fares of Iberia from Brazil to Rabat (changing planes in Madrid). You can make the same route with Air France but it'll probably be more expensive.
You can look also for flights to Casablanca. In that case, in addition to Iberia, it would be a good idea to look for the fares of TAP. TAP flies to many airports in Brazil so it could be a good alternative if you don't fly out of Rio or Sao Paulo.
Take a look at webs like Skyscanner or Kayak to look for fares for the routes I quoted above (it could be other alternatives cheaper on your travel dates; you never know). In the case of the route Brazil-Paris-Fez, you would need to make two separate searches: one from Brazil to Paris and another one from Paris to Fez.

Most likely the least expensive would be to fly into Casablanca.5
If you can make it to Berlin, Germany, you could take easyjet from there with their very flexible rates in the approximate range of 40 - 90 Euro (one way, cabin baggage only) They fly twice weekly to Marrakech and also (on different days) to Agadir. For details check their website and, if booking, make sure you do not include booking for insurance, hotel, car, luggage which you did not mean to.Happy travels, TVB
