Travel Sim CardsHeading to Italy, France and the UK in a couple of weeks and don't want to use my sim while overseas as the cost is huge.
Was thinking of buying a travel sim in Australia before I leave but wondering whether it would be cheaper buying a sim once I have arrived in Rome? But if I do that, will it cover the three countries that I am traveling to or will I have to buy three different sims?
Trying to weigh up my options....any advice would be appreciated :)

National sims in their own country are cheapest normally. An Australian sim in Europe, might not even work ! !
My few suggestions are....
Ask your local provider if they do a Europe bolt-on that will work out not too much more than your usual tariff.
Or buy a sim in (say) Italy, use it there, then in France till the credit runs out.
I use my UK sim in Europe and usually end up with a bill (for a month) of about an additional £20.
A lot can depend on what your provider at home can offer really.
It's always a good topic here, sims and costs. For sure, others will be along soon with more ideas.
Best of luck with everything.
