Christmas in Crete
HiJust thought I would extend my brief trip to Egypt with a flight to Crete for a week just before Christmas and the New Year. I am a female, 50plus traveller who would like a pleasant stay with good food, nice wine and a cosy place to read my Kindle. Any ideas? Somewhere with good scenery, walks (weather permitting) and a good taverna or two.
Thanks for any feedback. Like how cold will it be, any hotels/BBs etc. Do facilities (ruins) open between the 25th and NY.
