Tranfer time between Manila Terminal 3 and 2Hi,
we have 2 hours between flights; arriving at terminal 3 and leaving at terminal 2 (all domestic flights).
Will that be sufficiant time enough to fetch luggage, transfer to next terminal and check-in (45 min before departure) ?

1What time of day? It is not without risk, but probably be OK if;
1st flight is on time. T3 = Cebu Pacific = big question mark
Luggage on carousel in reasonable time. Out of terminal in 30 min from arrival?
Taxis waiting? Traffic reasonable, maybe 15 min all up if all OK, maybe more at 5pm.
Big question. How long to get through security scans and into T2? Is there a line up to get in the door? Haven't been through there myself for years since Air Asia came to town.
For example. I have waited for an hour to get into T3, in a long line up outside and shuffled past several entrance doors (each equipped with luggage scanning eqipment) to finally enter through the only manned entrance only to see staff lounging around everywhere inside with little to do. LOL.
Welcome to the Philippines, the country logic forgot. :)

6Certainly will be tight schedule but possible. There are so many factors that can make or break your chance. Traffic is always heavy but may but may be gridlocked or not,if its raining everything slows to a crawl, then there's the issue of your flight arriving on time and your luggage appearing promptly on the carousel.
T3 is located 500m from T2 across the runway, unfortunately it's several kms by road. The proposed underpass across the airport is only a proposal and will probably never be built

You ask now, after you booked? Time is tight, just pray that you are not held up on first flight. Is your second with the same airline? Can you manage not to check luggage?
You should be ok if there are no big hold ups, at least you do not have to do immigration. Boarding is usually 45 mins before take off but you should be ok boarding up to 20 mins before take off. Best of luck.

12Why did I not ask before booking?
Because then there was a 3 hour gap between flights. But Phillipines Airlines decides to change the time table and moves forward the departure with 1 hour!
I am coming from Cauyuan with a Cebu flight (notorious late?) and leaving on a Phillipines A. Can´t check the luggage through.
I think I have to skip the Cebu flight and go by car to Manila instead (the previous day)
And in case you wonder; there are no daily flights from Cauyuan and no later flight to my destination from Manila.
What do you think, is it worth trying to get a refund for the tickets from Cebu ?

13It could take you months to get a refund from Cebu Pacific and with the penalty you may find it is not worth the aggravation although obviously that depends on what you paid for the flight.
Surely if Philippine Airlines changed the flight schedule after you had booked and paid then you should ask them to rebook you on the next days flight(if there is one) or agree to a free rebooking if you miss the original flight due to their schedule change.Must be worth a try to avoid the expense and monotony of the long journey by road.
This type of situation is not rare and finally there is a proposal to introduce an Air Passenger Bill Of Rights to deal with the sharp practices common in the industry in Philippines

Yes the only chance of recourse would be with Philippine airlines. Hate to support Cebu Pacific but they have done nothing wrong. Feel Gwapo has got it right here. Best of luck getting it sorted.
Cebu Pacific owe me money from years back, great outfit until something goes wrong and you want money back. Hope that you get better service with Philippine Airlines.
