Caede Hotel Kyoto Sanjo : Website?

Hi guys

Just a quick question I wonder if someone might be able to help with.
I travelled to Japan last year and while in Kyoto stayed at the Caede Hotel Kyoto Sanjo, found it to be a fantastic well located hotel at a reasonable price.
Planning on returning to Japan in May and at least at a start point, be keen to look into rates at the same hotel.
Problem is, can't seem to find a website for it, or, an English language booking website which features it.
There are plenty of tripadvisor review entries, but can't seem to find a website for the hotel, similarly I have had no luck on the usual suspects such as booking.com, agoda etc etc.

Does anyone know if this hotel is even still open, and any kind of website or e mail contact details for it?>
Any help would be awesome.
