I saw trucha con quaker, trout with oatmeal, advertised at an Ecuadoran restaurant in Jackson Heights, NY, once.

I've got a friend who eats oatmeal with canned fish, jack mackerel, for a cheap lunch.

I like kasha, with or without varnishkes.
