2Have a look at www.gtp.gr, it's the "official" site showing all connections (at least should show!).
Enter only origin and destination, no dates, and you'll see all connections between those ports at the moment and a few weeks forward. Summer connections will be more frequent than those to be seen today.
If you are looking for the schedules for next summer, you'll have to wait till April or May 2013.

3If you are looking for a schedule for next summer, Akana is correct, the definite schedules are not listed until Spring. However, for tentative planning, there is one website -- http://www.openseas.gr/openseas/index.html ---that helps you learn the "Pattern of Service" to the island(s) in question -- through a clever "turn back the clock" feature.
Let's say you want to know the typical pattern of service from Piraeus to Milos on the first Tuesday in June. On that website, you fill in the "From" and "To" slots and click on the little box with a numeral in it ... that's the calendar icon. It opens up to show Sept 2012 calendar. There are arrows in either corner. Click the LEFT-HAND arrow, and the calendar clicks back a month at a time, to June 2012. Click on Tuesday June 5, (REMEMBER, European Calendars start with MONDAY on L.H. Side!) and click the arrow at the bottom of the box. Up will come 2 sailings. Below are 2 options, "previous Day" and "Next Day". If you click Previous day (Monday June 4), you will see FOUR ferries. Etc.
This of course is nothing to bet the farm on, but it helps you plan.

I want to travel from athens to mykonos on 19th october and 21 october for mykonos to santorini. my travel agent says no ferries after 18th october between mykonos and santorini! but gtp.gr website gives that ferry is available! Whom to rely? the open seas website gives till 19 th. Oct! They are not local agents so not sure how much to rely on my agents and same for websites!

5http://www.gtp.gr shows a highspeed ferry departing Mykonos for Santorini on October 21 at 1:45pm, or you can take the 10am morning ferry from Mykonos to Paros in 40 minutes, and then catch the Blue Star car ferry when it stops there at Noon on the way to Santorini. The latter is a much better way to reach Santorini, because you can stand out on an open deck to enjoy the amazing view as you enter the caldera for the first time. The highspeed ferry is enclosed with no deck and the view out the windows is often obscured by salt spray.

6It's been roughly the same for many years.
19 Oct, Piraeus - Mykonos, 07:30. Rafina - Mykonos, 07:30, 16:00, 17:30.
21 Oct, Maybe 13:45 Superjet, if not then ~10:00 Seajet 2 to Paros then 11:55 Bluestar to Santorini.
You ask in the local ticket agencies Sea & Sky or Delia travel, on Mykonos, and buy tickets whilst there, they will know.
It is right at the end of season and they may decide to stop earlier. Despite what http://www.gtp.gr/ may say, or the company timetables.
Other possibilities may be via Syros some days of the week, or of course back to Piraeus.
