Travel from Tbilisi (Georgia) to Russia
Hi there! Question. I have a friend who's currently teaching English in Tbilisi, and I will (hopefully) be going to Russia in early 2013 to begin teaching English there. What I'm trying to figure out is, a) whether the border between Russia and Georgia is even open to foreign travelers, and b) if so, would anyone have any suggestions on the best ways (trains, buses, planes, ferries, etc) to get between, say, Moscow and Tbilisi? Thanks in advance if anyone has any information and/or suggestions!
