san miguel to oaxaca to beach?

SMA to OAX to PE or Huatulco is going to take maybe 18 hours or more total each way. Do you really want to be busing that much? Even flying this itnerary would be a hassle. I say skip the beach or skip OAX and fly to the beach from Leon or MEX.3
If you really want to do this I would bus or cab BJX to SMA, then bus to DF, fly to OAX, fly to PE and from Puerto Escondido I don´t know if you can easily fly to BJX - maybe fly home from PE? I would skip San Miguel and do Oaxaca then Puerto Escondido. Or do DF, Oaxaca then the beach at PE or Huatulco depending on your style. Or explore the beaches closer to SMA (none really close) but then you miss the major cultural destination. Even with lots of airfare $$ this is a pain in the butt itinerary.4
Agree with the above - if going by bus you are facing 4 days of travel out of your 14 (1 day SMA-Oaxaca, 1 day return, 1 day to the beach, 1 day back from the beach). That's regardless of whether you beach from Oaxaca or SMA. Even if you have a lot of money and try flying you will find there are few direct routes (only from Oaxaca to the beach) and so you won't save a lot of time. Personally I would have a re-think.
