Travel and accomodation
Hi there! Me and my girlfriend are planning on travelling South America for 5 months from November and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the cheapest way to travel from Brazil to Bolivia (bearing in mind we'll be staying around the Sao Paulo area)? Also anything to visit anyone particularly recommends in Bolivia, Peru and Chile? This would be very helpful if anyone could help!1
Maybe there are more ways to do this trip leg (Sao Paulo > Bolivia), but here are the options that I know:1) Flights from SP to La Paz or Santa Cruz de La Sierra
2) Bus from SP to Corumba, then you cross the border by taxi or foot and finally in Bolivian side you can take a bus or train Santa Cruz.
Option 2 takes a long time, I would choose 1st.
