Pilsen (Plzen) worth a visit?

Plzen is definitely worth a visit, it's not really exciting, but it is a nice place to spend a day. We travel there (from Prague) quite a bit to get away from Prague for a while. Prague is touristy (I work in the center, trust me I know) but there are plenty of places to go to get away from it.Letna park is a good one as is Riegrovy Sady near Vinohrady/Zizkov. Zizkov is not far from the center, but is a fun place to visit, it's full of bars and places to eat.
