Buses or trains to Valencia?

It really depends from where you are departing from. If from any major city in Venezuela, there are daily night buses. From Valencia to Tinaco it is easy to get on a bus. Just look in Big Low Center (the bus terminal of Valencia) for the route Valencia - Tinaco. Or you can hop on a bus going to San Carlos and tell the collector that you want to get off in Tinaco.
