Translation Spanish --> English please
Hello,My parents are looking into renting a house in Spain. We understand more or less all what the owner wrote, except for following sentence : "La vivienda no tiene ningún tipo de gasto a mayores, a menos, que usted mismo lo solicite a la Agencia de Alquiler." Can anyone translate this into English please ?

Confession: I read the statement more or less as anillos_de_saturno did, but I thought "Why on earth would the renter ask that more costs be included?" It didn't make sense. Now that I reflect on it, though, I guess that if the rental cost didn't include maid service, but you asked that it be provided, that would be a cost that you yourself added, as would any other "extras" that weren't in the original contract.4
I could easily think of at least a couple more major expenses (gastos mayores) besides maid service that might be something that would have to be requested from the rental agent, since they are usually billed to the address rather than some transient renter: cable/satellite TV/Internet and possibly telephone landline service.
