cooking classes near Rome

Planning one week in Italy near Rome. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good cooking school? Our first choice is a small town or village and enjoy life as Italians do. I would greatly appreciate the benefit of your experiences and ideas.
I just googled and found this:

http://www.italyculinaryholiday.com/

and

http://www.conviviorome.com/

thanks!!!

Hiya! Those both look good... I also did some research and found this Italian cooking holiday: http://www.holiday-n-adventure.co.uk/italy-tours/vibo-valentina-tropea-capo-vaticano-tour.htm it also gives you the opportunity to explore and travel through small towns.

This one is nearer Rome: http://www.cookitaly.it/week.htm :D it's difficult to find courses that are for a week (if that's what you are looking for?)
