Opinion on Legerova Street near Wenceslas SquareI am thinking of renting an apt at "Apartment Residence Legerova" located at Legerova 48, Prague, Czech Republic.
Is anyone familiar with this area? Is it a safe street and also has anyone stayed at the Apartment Residence or heard reviews. The cost is 441 for 9 nights.
Just wondering if I can find something similar in an area closer to all attractions.
As always thanks for your feedback and suggestions.

1Its a great area , near IPavlova Metro, also near tram routes as well, perefectly safe big residential area with ;lots of expats in the area, resturants ,bars and shops are plentyful.i stayed nearby in Americka about 2 years ago and loved the area, a couple of nice parks within easy walking distance.
In my reply to a previous post I suggested Travelcook, have a good look at their listings, maybe make a short list and repost and I can try an help with location.I am a regular visitor to the city and stayed in most areas so have a good idea what they are like.
when are you hoping to visit.

3I stayed in the Orion, the link I gave you on the first thread, I booked it through lastminute.com.
It was a nice place though I was in the attic ,if you are tall (i'm not) then you might bang your head but it was more than ok, double bed, small coffee table with armchairs, a small kitchen area though no oven or microwave, ther was a fridge s,mall table and chairs,2 ring cooker.A nice bathroom , place was spotlessly clean,TV and there was an iron and ironing board, hairdryer ,toiletries.
breakfast choice was slightly limited but the quality was very good and certainly more than enough to please me.

4Well placed for exploring the city - it's on a very busy noisy street though. I've used www.apartmentsapart.com in Prague a few times, if you'd like to compare. Prague is not that big and the tram/metro network is very efficient.
