Rajasthan december - again

After much good advice I have now finalized (maybe) our trip around Rajasthan in december.

Delhi 2 nights
Agra 1 night
Bundi 2 nights
Udaipur 3 nights (via Chittor)
Jodhpur 2 nights (via Ranakpur)
Jaisalmer 3 nights (1 in Khoury)
Pushkar 3 nights (elderly people want some relax days)
Jaipur 2 nights
Fly home from Delhi

Only doubt: Is Taj Mahal to make same day as leaving Delhi early in the morning. --- Or maybe next day getting in early to Taj Mahal and still reach Bundi same day before midnight.
If we need 2 nights in Agra we have to cut 1 day from the rest (and which)

Leave Delhi in the late afternoon and see the Taj when it opens the next morning. You can see a couple more sights in Agra before leaving for your next destination.

Good luck.

I'd certainly cut Pushkar also by at least 1 nite.
I would add another day to Agra so as to include the Red Fort and Fatehpur Sukri
Dont bother with Delhi's Red Fort - Agra's is far superior.
Bundi is suitable for geriatrics also - yep cut a bit off Pushkar
Am not sure of the need to spend 2 nites in both JAIPUR & JODHPUR, there is a useful overnite train from JODH to Jaiselmer gets in quite early and also starts from JODHPUR.
ie Daily Train#4810 ETDJOD at 23.00,, ETA JAISELMER 05.10 alledgedly. Stay in old fort.

I didn't like it at Pushkar also, except for the trekking I did around. I wouldn't even include it on a trip to Rajasthan.

Is Pushkar not a nice place to visit? I'm thinking about getting there for the Camel Fair.

Never been to the Camel Fair, but the city itself isn't that beautiful and that interesting, in my opinion, apart from the Brahma Temple (one of few) and the surroundings (you can climb some hills around, nice view).

It's an important religious place (as I learned then), but there's too much tourist harassment around...
