If you could go anywhere, where? 21 year old aus girl looking for advice.

Hi,
I'm recently 21 living in australia and have travelled extensively before but always with family.
I've always wanted to go alone and explore, I'm now facing the perfect time to go. Its a spontaneous decision, all flights and expenses paid for as birthday present I just need to pick where. This is where I'm struggling.
India, China and Nepal has always been a must. But now there's other thoughts lingering.
Working in the snow in Canada or Niseko, travel around south america doing volunteer work or conservation, go back to Greece and do Isreal and the middle east or work in San Fran, or London. I have done a bit of Anthropology and journalism at University, apart from that stuck in a call centre staring at screens creating dreams of where to go next.
I will be travelling alone I'm very out going and friendly.
I just want some advice, opinions of other people what there expriences have been and if you were in my position what you wish you could do? Ive travelled Japan, America, Canada, Australia, Papua New Guinea and Europe. I speak 3 different languages. I adore music and would love to discover underground punk/hardcore scenes through out the world, volunteer work, meeting people, having a party but out of my comfort zone and new cultural life changing experiences and friends but while being able to lug around my favourite clothes is what excites me. I do not plan on coming back to Aus I want to make a permanent departure, I will be leaving in October.
