Chiangi- International transfersHey guys,
I m traveling gold coast to Singapore through Scoot airlines and it's always arrive late at Singapore airport around 20 to 40 minutes and My next flight is after 2 hours and 50 minutes for India so Is it enough time to do immigration, baggage collection and check-in at Singapore airport in 2hrs n 50 minutes ?
My flight schedule are as per below :
OOL 9:00 AM to SIN 3:00 PM
SIN 5:50 PM to DEL 9:50 PM.

Changi is a VERY efficient airport. Even the immigration lines for individuals who are not Singapore citizens/residents goes very quickly. Luggage gets to the baggage claim area very quickly as well.
I've traveled into and out of Changi airport tens of times over the years. During those times, I've never spent more than 15-20 minutes waiting on an immigration line at Changi. Also, I've never spent more than 20 minutes waiting for my bag to come through at the baggage claim there either.
You have nearly 3 hours between flights, so even if your Scoot flight ends up being the 40 minute extreme that you mentioned, you would still be fine clearing customs, retrieving your bags, even going to a separate terminal if you need to.
By the way, I would look into whether you can check in for your SIN > DEL flight before you even leave Australia, that way you would only need to worry about getting your bags to the second airline's area before departure.
I can't help you with the travel insurance part of your question, sorry :(.

2Scoot is at Terminal 2 .... you probably have to change to Terminal 1 or 3 for your flight to India.
The timing should not be a problem. Grab your luggage and take the skytrain to either terminal.
The skytrain is every 5 to 10mins.

Just wondering how you went with your connection flight? We are flying to Singapore on a scoot flight from Gold Coast later this year, and just wondering how you went collecting baggage, clearing customs and checking back in?
