There is just starting a brand new web-site - for the moment I could'nt find the way to have it in Englsh.

Scroll down to the black part. On the top right you have a small "Langues et pays" box, click on the sign, choose your language.

Looks almost like the old www.voyages-sncf.com website to me. "New & improved" is almost always an exaggeration.

There is an english version of the site somewhere but you should use www.tgv-europe.com. That website is cheaper than the official SNCF and has some good deals.

www.tgv-europe.com is easier for English speakers, certainly, but it is run by SNCF even if its information may not look exactly equivalent. The usual warning is worth repeating: Do not specify the United States as your country or you will be bumped to RailEurope, said to be partly owned by SNCF and often costlier.
