I like an occasional Oyster shooter (essentially a shot of bloody mary with an oyster or 2 in it) but I have no desire to drink anything involving beef. I like my beef on my plate not in my cup.
It's beer, lime juice, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce (optional) and Clamato.
Our favorite local seafood restaurant hangs a shrimp or two over the rim of the glass.

I once asked for apple juice in Morocco and got a frothy drink that I think was whizzed apples. It was delicious and I'm guessing that is what gives your drink that smoothie look?8
