I was thinking a bit more about this, and I think my bag might have been delivered to the Transit Hotel inside the airport because I don't think I went through immigration & customs (can't remember how else I would have got the bag). When I got off my first flight (arriving at Changi), I think I stayed within te transit area. There was another set of check-in counters within that area where I must have checked my bag for the second flight. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it.Azyprincess...
The Hotel rates are here...

Turns out the transit hotel DON'T let you take your bags there! I emailed them directly. So if you are wanting to stay there you have to let your bags go out to the baggage carousel and let the lost/found people collect your bag and take it to the lost/found luggage counter. Then the next day you have to go and hunt down your bag.
I'm sure ppl do that all the time and it's fine but we are a bit wary about just "leaving" our bags. So no transit hotel for us!
I guess it is really just for people that have their baggage booked all the way through and don't have to worry about their luggage.

I am flying from Kuala Lumpur to Paris via Singapore. I am traveling with AirAsia from LCCT to Changi, Singapore, then with Air France to Paris. My question is how do I get my baggage checked through directly to Paris from Kuala Lumpur? Is this possible to do with a budget airliner without having to go through Immigration and Customs, and then check-in all over again for the connecting flight? Thank you.
