With good planning you could visit Tana Toraja and Bunaken, but Bunaken is only really worth it if you are a diver.
As an alternative to Bunaken you might consider Bira which is southeast of Makasar, OR, return to Makasar from Rantepao and then fly to the city of Palu and stay a few days at Tanjung Karang Beach located about 50 minutes from the Palu airport and only 3 km from the town of Donggala. This is a delightful place with off the beach snorkling, very friendly local villagers, and several placess to stay right on the beach. This is The Real Indonesia -- not an island of all foreign tourists. For photos of Tanjung Karang do a yahoo or google search using the words Tanjung Karang Beach Sulawesi. Be careful with the search because there is also a Tanjung Karang in Malaysia.
Not enough time to visit the Togian Islands.

I'd agree with TT and Southern Sulawesi for your time span....flying into and out of Makassar.It will involve a couple of long bus/car trips but you can do that in 8 or 9 days no problem.

By the way,where is Bali (Hole)? ;-)
