The Tripoli Airport is indeed up and running once again! I know of 3 people who flew in and out of there successfully this week (both domestically and internationally...on business and tourist visas) and had no trouble. I was out there myself one day to pick someone up, and there seemed to be heightened security around the area. And...the ATM's were in operation!...we used the ATM while there. Hope this helps those of you looking to travel to, or within, Libya!
