Schengen Visa Appeal, How to solve and eliminate unfair refusal reasons
I am going to appeal against my Schengen visa refusal (Polish visa) , I love Poland and I even run a website about it , And Now I really want to visit it as a tourist and also do some photography for my website and also visit the country I like , but they refused my visa , Should I tell them about my love about Poland and about my photography and website ? I did not tell them because I did not want them to see I am so amazed about Poland then they would think I am going to stay there and never come back but I wanna come back before expiry of my visa . So in the appeal letter should I tell them about it ? (About the website and photography)The reasons written in refusal letter :
1. the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable
2. your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained
3. And also the person who gave me the passport back told me that also the embassy was not convinced what you are going to do in Poland , where you are going to stay, How your stay will be in Poland
For #1 : I showed them a letter from my university that I am studying in my country and I have 4 more years to finish my studies. I also showed them the COMPLETELY PAID flight ticket !! (Departure and RETURN) 100% paid ... I showed them Bank account flow that I have money in bank for the trip and I showed the HOTEL RESERVATION + the hotel sent me an invitation letter which they had written in it that I have paid 50% of the hotel money.
But I don't know why they think the documents are not reliable !!!!! All my documents were correct with stamp and sign...
Also they asked me , do you have any friends in Poland ? I said NO!
I have friends in Poland but I have NEVER met them in REAL , so that is why I said no. Because If I say yes they might want a photo but my friends in photo are my long time Internet penpals , I have never met them , But seems like it was better If I said yes ?
What should I do now ? Make appeal letter and attach the passport of one my friends to this appeal letter ? Will that be good ? And also tell my friends to type a letter to the embassy ?
I really don't know which of the documents have been labeled as "not reliable" , because all my documents were original. Maybe the hotel should fax the invitation ? But the embassy told me even a reservation from "booking.com" is enough , but I even got a letter from hotel signed and with stamp of the hotel and took it with me to the embassy
I also took the flight ticket with me ...
How can I make an appeal letter ? What should I exactly do to get the visa ? I should go to Poland ... I have reserved the Hotel , paid for it , paid for ticket , paid for insurance , I have spent a lot of money and it is disappointing not to get the visa... I do not want to overstay even , I have studies in my own country , I took the letter which said I am studying in university and the duration of study is 4 years but still they rejected ?!!!!
And I took the flight return ticket COMPLETELY paid and they have written they see no proofs that I will get out of schengen territory ?
And in this country I am studying my mom is here because of me and always have been living in here with me only because of me that I am studying here maybe if I take her passport and show them my mom is staying here because of me that would be a good proof too ?
Based on those 3 reasons of refusal , What should I do ? What documents should I attach ? Any idea ?
Because I was sure I had done everything almost right but I am just extremely shocked now !!!
And once again should I tell them about my Website to show them that I am really going there as a tourist because I like Poland and I am highly knowledgeable about it ? I know much about the Poland , but I just did not tell about it because I didn't want to make them suspicious that because of my love I am going there and never coming back ... because I am coming back , I HAVE to ....

Thanks a lot for your reply.I am Iranian studying in Armenia. I gave them every possible information and document.
I actually want to go to Poland for 7 days as a tourist and as I said I wanna do photography for my website as well, So I thought this might be a good reason to mention in the appeal letter.

In their view, you are already an immigrant as you are not applying from your home country but one where you are attending school. Your ties to Armenia are pretty thin (school) and apparently you have no ties remaining to Iran.Honestly, I can see no reason why they would want to grant you a reason as at least on paper, there would be a very high possibility of your trying to remain in Poland. Sorry but I don't think an appeal will help.

OP, I think you concentrate too much on bureaucracy, paperwork, stamps and signatures. It's not like getting, say, a national ID card, when you are guaranteed to get the document if you fill in the right forms and bring other documents. It doesn't work that way.You are quite right that you were applying for a Schengen visa, which means that any foreigner who comes to Poland can hop on a train or bus to Germany or Sweden and never have his documents checked. It's been quite an issue in Europe in the last few years, and caused a large standoff between France and Italy (because of North African asylum seekers and illegal immigrants moving en masse to France from Italy - and France violating Schengen agreements). Actually, a lot of very legitimate asylum seekers in Poland have chosen to go west, illegally. So whether you like it or not, the visa requirements for Poland have to be as strict as that of Germany or France, and that means that most nationalities have to have a good reason to visit.
You can't really convince anybody with love declarations for a country you have never seen. What the officers in the embassy see is a 20-year old young chap, who already left his own country a year ago or so (?), and wants to travel about 3000 km to "take pictures" for a few days (!). And doesn't seem to have a strong reason to go back. So you either have to show stronger proof that it's just tourism (you've travelled extensively in the region and you sometimes spend a weekend in Syria or a few days in Moscow just because you enjoy it - and your passport has quite a few stamps from those countries; or you've won a few photography competitions and a local photography association gave you a letter of recommendation; or you're visiting the Polish exchange students you met at university and spent so much time with). Or you can prove strongly that you have something to go back to in Armenia or Iran - a very well paid job, or perhaps you own a large house? Or your you're such a good student, that your school promised to pay for your tuition and living costs for the next year(s)?

if you were refused to Poland, why won't you go somewhere else? I think our authorities might have thought you are a terrorist and you got refused to keep Euro 2012 safe.6
I filed for a Schengen Visa (France) and it got refusedThe reasons written in refusal letter :
1. the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable
I need to know how I can file for an appeal ASAP

NW91- like the OP (original poster) in this thread, if you do not provide any information about your passport and your circumstances, no one can offer you any help.First, you need to prove to the French that you will return back to the country of your passport. That means you need to show a job, vacation time and permission from your employer to take leave, property that you own in your country, strong ties to that country such as leaving behind your spouse and / or minor children. It also usually means that you need to show vacations and travel outside your country and then returning home to your country to live. These things are necessary to show that you do not intend to overstay your visa.
Second, you need to show that you have adequate funds for your travels and things like hotel reservations, accommodation bookings, an itinerary, etc. planning to stay with friends is not always a great idea in such circumstances because such friends could be seen as assisting your in overstating your visa. These things are necessary to prove that you have sufficient income to afford to travel in France and have no financial reason to overstay your visa.
Without being able to prove these things there is little reason to think that the French or any other country for which you need a visa will grant you one.

And I think that when they say they regarded the information you provided as "not reliable," that's a nice way of saying they didn't believe it. It's fair to presume that there was something about either the supporting documents you provided or the declarations you made that raised suspicions as whether they were genuine or not.As a first step, you need to go back and ask yourself what raised these suspicions in your application.
