Esfahan Hotels

Any recommendations for budget hotels for a room up to $25 per night besides Amir Kabir Hostel? I have done my research and am not coming up with much.

I just wanna to say amir kabir hostel is cheap but is not so good,bathroom and wc is sheared with other room.

Karoun hotel is another 1* option.

amir kabir has overpriced roooms , toilt and showers are outside, and the breakfast is the worst i had in iran
on the other side its a very! sociable hotel with a courtyard where you will meet a lot of tourist, also the location is top.
but thats not the info you wanted, sorry :)

Hotel Totia about a 5 min walk from Amir Kabir. Single room there with huge room, big double bed, tv and nice ensuite was 300,000 rials last January. It's in the Lonely Planet.

I stayed in Shad Hostel, 250k for a smallish room, but with fan and very clean. Take the rooms at the back. Good location too, and there's a little english spoken. There's a similar hotel 1 block further south, forget the name.

Try the Sepahan Hotel through a small alley you enter directly the bazaar around Imam square. I stayed there several times and was very happy with breakfast/dinner and the staff
