Getting mefloquine (malaria prevention) in Sierra Leone?

Oh, hm... does anyone know what is the cheapest way to get them in NYC then? Cheapest place to get a prescription? Or alternatively, do I need a prescription if I try to get mefloquine in Paris? Thanks!3
