Hostels in Oslo

I hope to be in Oslo in July and am looking for suggestions for a hostel, probably best if it was fairly close to Karl Johansgate.

Try Anker Hostel, at http://www.ankerhostel.no/en/. Right by the tram, and 10 minutes walking distance form Karl Johan.
