Jabaliya Bedouin, one of seven tribes in South Sinai, around 80 percent of the tribe’s 5,000 members is employed in tourism.
That equates to 4,000 Jabaliya people employed in tourism. That's reassuring when you take into account the Tarabin and others. Bearing in mind so many male hotel workers appear to have come from ‘’mainland Egypt’’.
