now Air Asia has got cold feet about it, and pulled back from their plan to launch a service from Bangkok to Clark, your only budget option is Cebu Pacific, except they fly to both NAIA and Clark.

www.tigerairways.com BKK to Clark (90 km north of manila - )- they have promo fares from 3550 Baht return including taxes however the flight into Clark arrives late at night soyou may need to overnight in Angeles City at the end of the runway and maybe then get a flight from Clark to Cebu.
www.cebupacificair.com flights arrive in manila but on searching are more than double the price.

I use Scyscanner.net. They show a chart for the whole month you might travel. For example on 17 May Cebu Pacific has a flight at good arrival time for less than 5500 php. That's bus fare. cheaper in June

Tiger airways Bangkok to Clark
or Cebupacific Bangkok to Manila or Clark.
then Cebupacific from Clark to Cebu.
or Cebupacific or Airphil express or Zest air from Manila to Cebu.

Dont know when Airasia will start on the Bangkok to Clark. Clark to Cebu.

from the 29th march Airphil express will also be flying from Clark to Cebu.
mon/wed/fri/sun Clark 07.20 Cebu 8.40am. Cebu 09.10 Clark 10.30am.

also Airasia has Cebu on its list of places but no date to start yet.

And if you are going to MNL you could do Jetatar to Singapore, and come up that way or Cebu on Airphil or something like that. Bear in mind the Clark-Cebu flights leave shortly after midnight, same 2 hour rule. Look for promos on Cebu Pacific and if you just want to get to Cebu, you can book through. No baggage hassles, etc It all depends if you want to pinch every penny or not. Still cheapo.

Try cebu pacific. I think they have such a service. It goes to Clark (a short distance from manila - but you can use this opportunity to visit Subic bay - a tourist destination)

by the way, when I say "short distance" do not take it literally. A car drive from Clark to Manila takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Then book Cebu Pacific straight through and you'll be eating dinner in Cebu that night.

Thanks for the heads up on Skyscanner Salud. I always use www.iwantthatflight.com.au around Australia, but its not as good as Skyscanner elsewhere.
