2Depends where you are staying.
Silom Village at the end of Silom road has a 'cultural village' (take that with a grain of salt) where they have Thai dancing at night and lots of seafood. Expensive.
Seafood Market and Restaurant at 89 Sukhumvit Soi 24 - their motto is "If it swims we have it". Choose fresh seafood and veges and they cook it for you. Very Expensive but pretty tasty!!!
You can get seafood pretty much anywhere in BKK. Restaurants in shopping malls have seafood places. Look for places with seafood on ice out the front of the restaurant. Just make sure its well cooked.

4Sornthong seafood restaurant on Rama 4 (between left turn onto Suk 24 and suk 26, before Big C/Tesco) is without a doubt the best in BK. It's not that cheap and the decor and ambience isn't great (Chinese style with fluorescent strip lighting) but the food is fantastic. Get there early or expect to queue for a long time: it's extremely popular. Customers are almost all Thai but the staff speak English and they have English menus (as well as Japanese and Korean). They're also good about 'warning' potentially less adventurous diners (e.g. westerners) about what they are ordering: we ordered marinated crab last time - which is raw and they pointed this out (probably not for the sqeamish but it's really, really good). They also have the usual fish tanks outside where you can pick you catch. Top notch quality food - highly recommended.

5Get off Skytrain at ChongNonSee. At the foot of the station steps, walk into Lek Seafood. Don't let the grotty appearance put you off - it's very local. You won't find fresher or better, at any price - which is cheap to moderate. Boneless crab curry, bbq prawns, steamed fish, squid and garlic stirfry, fresh greens. If Ann serves you then even better. Don't forget to tip!
