Go to Jim Thompson House.
Somewhere near Jim's house you get to ride the fast boats along the Klongs, get off and walk up the Wat Saket Temple on The Golden Mount. Enjoy views from there.

Take a cab to Chinatown (Yaorawat) or Khao San Road.
Go see Thai Boxing.
