15As I said, it may be/probably is a legit company. What I object to is that it appears to be soliciting/encouraging spam postings to solicit business. And of course it is impossible to know whether these glowing reports are accurate or not, or whether they are written by real travelers or company representatives.

16Hello everybody, I would like to interrupt the rather sterile discussions on the topic with some real up-to-date experience. I did actually join a 4 day tour with DM from Marrakech to the desert and back (2 stops in Erg Lihoudi and Erg Chiggaga with arrival via Ouarzazate and the Draa valley) from Oct. 19th to 22nd and was very satisfied. We traveled in a small group, me (49, German) and a young English couple with the driver, saw many beautiful places and were excellently driven and assisted by our guide Said, a bedouin from Merzouga. Our first hotel in Ouarzazate was clean, modern and nicely decorated (if you want to be picky it was a remote from the town center in a new development area, but as we were tired after a long ride a nice shower, dinner and sleep were fine). The other 2 nights we slept in tents/huts in the desert, which were basic, but again clean and comfortable with beds and blankets, obviously outhouse, but the 2nd in Erg Chiggaga even had electrical light in the hut. We ate very well all nights, the last evening the camp staff prepared a delicous tajine with meat our tourguide had bought and at lunch we chose the restaurants together. However, more than about all the logistics, I was impressed about the beautiful itinerary and the knowledgeable and friendly assistance our guide gave us. It might be that October was also a particularly lucky moment to travel, with not many tourists around, but my impression was that I was in good hands from the start and discovered all I hoped to see. I would also like to add that the management of the company allowed me to join the tour, without requiring the deposit, because I had problems to carry out the on-line banking. This definitely was an exception, but I appreciated it as a sign of trust. So, from my point I would definitely recommend Desert Majesty as a good address to turn to for a tour in the area.
