OP is a stoned beach pest. Much as i love India, Goan beaches are, for the most part, rubbish.9
Goan people are some of the nicest people in India for tourists. Due to the Christian influence you will find them very friendly to foreigners. That's why so many English people come to Goa on vacation. Friendly english speaking folk are waiting for you. Yes the beaches are not managed very well. But there in fact many nice beaches to be found.11
