Hints, Tips and anything else for India - eastwards bound...Hi,
I am new to the forum so please bare with me,
I have booked a one way flight to Bombay October 17th... my plan is speand a few days before heading south to Goa then North heading towards Delhi, up to Nepal for a week or so and fly on to Bangkok form there or head back in to India to fly from there...
I'm looking to do this in about 6 week is that enough time ??
Anything inparticular I should look out for good and bad things...
I'm a 25 year old male travelling alone, it's my first time travelling alone though I have done three six month stints working abroad but in Europe.

1It is 42 days so I would skip Bangkok definitely. If you would fly form Goa to Delhi or Delhi to Kathmandu that woud save you 2-3 days. Otherwise I would buy return flight Mumbai-Goa and than travel north to Udaipur etc.. You have more than enough time to book all cheap tickets so flying would not cost you a fortune at all. But do not skip one or two(or more) train rides.Do not try to see 20 places in such a short time. You'll get tired from all that traveling.I would choose 8-9 places max.
