Place to rent

Hey Folk, Just looking for a place to rent for 3 weeks. I am not real sure where in Italy but just want to hang out and eat some great food. Any help or advice would be most helpful. If you know a contact in Italy that would be great.

Countryside,town,city?

Do yo mean places with five star restaurants known over the whole country (with dishes starting at 100 EUR/pax without wine and taxes)?
