SFO domestic-international: transfer in 1hr 58min
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if 1hr 58min is long enough to transfer from terminal 1(Delta Airlines) to international terminal G(Singapore Airlines) and the quickest way to make a transfer. In addition, I'm planning not to check in my luggage.Any help is appreciated, thanks!

You would also need to allow for flight delays in arriving at SFO. Will you already have your boarding pass in hand when you arrive at SFO? Do you need to stand in line at Singapore Airlines to get your boarding pass? They sometimes require 2 hours just to get through customs -- sometimes second "pat-down" check after passing through the first security gate. I usually hop onto the electric cart to be transported more quickly from one terminal to the next; I don't remember if SFO has the trains between terminals. It would help to Google the map of the SFO airline terminal, if you don't already have a map of the layout.4
SFO's slightly clunky website has a good explanation of going from a domestic flight to an international one - click on Airport Info. And there is a "people" mover between those terminals. The biggest issue is whether you still need to check in with Singapore and their rules about cut-off times.5
Thanks for everyone's input!!!I called Delta and they informed me that I do have to check-in again once I arrive at SFO to pick up Singapore Airlines' boarding pass.
After, I would need to go through security since I'm changing from domestic to international terminal.
But, I'm still not sure whether 2 hr will be enough. I'm thinking of checking in online to save time however not sure whether that is still sufficient time because I still have to wait go through security.
Any input since I still have time to change plans.

I would check if Singapore allows you to check in on-line. In my experience. airlines want to see your face before allowing you to check in internationally. In theory, you could be in line to check in 10 minutes after arriving but again, hard to predict.8
Thanks for the heads up SusieGirl7!! I called Singapore Airlines and they advised me that they don't allow online check in at SFO.JohnSang- Yes, you're absolutely right. I don't want to be running around the airport lugging my luggage all stressed out. . I cancelled my flight. I have decided to take Asiana Airlines. Asiana offers non-stop flight to Korea. It seems less stress free.
As much as I really wanted to take Singapore Airlines since I hear they offer impeccable service, I don't think it's worth the stress.
